Case of Recurrent Renal Calculi.

Renal calculi are one of the most common conditions nowadays in so many people. Almost every people have once heard about renal calculi or renal stone. Usually, if it is small in size do not cause a major problem but some times if it gets stuck in urinary tract it can cause problem to the patient.

There are different types of renal stone-like calcium stone, oxalate stone, indigo, etc. Here we have one case of recurrent renal calculi. This case is taken according to the homeopathic case-taking procedure.

Chief Complaints

  • The patient is already diagnosed with renal calculi of around 20 mm in the right kidney,
  • Renal calculi are stuck in the bladder, due to obstruction in the bladder there is an accumulation of water in it.
  • And the cessation of urine from the last 6 hours. (Sabal serrulata Tincture is given with water)

Life Space

The patient belongs to a middle-class family and was poor when he was a child. After the death of his father when he was in 8th std his family faced too many financial problems.

The patient has 4 sisters. The whole family had worked hard during their early stages.

In 1994 he started a job in a private company. In 1998 his first child was born.

During this time his financial condition was very worst, but somehow he struggles and work hard for his family and newborn child.

In the year 2000, his second child was born, during these 2 years, his financial condition gets better due to hard work and dedication.

Although afterburn of his house he works hard with dedication and in 2003 he buys new home in surat. During this time first time, he was diagnosed with renal calculi.

  • Father died when the patient was in 8th std. (Proper age is not remembering)
  • The wife also had renal calculi (SWL is done, no recurrence of renal stone after SWL)
  • The older son is 23 years old also have complained of renal calculi
  • The younger son is 21 years old having no specific complaints.
